Helen Jenkins is an Independent Financial Adviser and Managing Director of Inspiration Wealth Management Ltd. With 20 years experience in the financial services industry she has also attained the Diploma in Financial Services. Prior to becoming an IFA she gained a Diploma in Legal Studies from Cardiff University, specialising in Company Law. Helen advises in Investments, Tax, Trusts, Pensions, and financial planning for SME's.
Since becoming an IFA she has gained Advanced Diploma exams in:
- Taxation and Trusts
- Personal Investment
- Also an exam in the recent Pension Simplification
She has spoken regularly on all industry aspects throughout the UK and Internationally. Speaking engagements are at major conferences on insurance, regulations, business planning, sales, and coping with change. To date she has spoken in the following countries:

Helen has been a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) since 1990, the US based International premier organisation for top sales professionals from life assurance based financial services from 65 Nations and Territories worldwide. Helen served on the Management Council as Divisional Vice President of the International Membership Communications Committee in 2003/04. Out of the 14 members responsible for leading the organisation, the only non American and the first European woman to hold this position. Responsibilty was chair to the International committee of 19 zones representing 25,000 members worldwide. This role also involved liaising with insurance leader's internationally and discussing/updating compliance and regulation issues, as well as maintaining a global input on the markets and insurance changes within the industry.
In 2007 she served on the Finance committee and from June 2006 to April 2008 is a member of the committee organising an MDRT Experience conference in Tokyo, Japan.

Jayne White is an Independent Financial Adviser and Director of Inspiration Wealth Management Ltd. With 16 years experience in the financial services industry Jayne provides all aspects of financial advice, particularly on investment and life protection business. She has attained the full CII FPC certificate and also the Certified CII mortgage qualification and Equity Release qualification.
Jayne is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), the US based International organisation for top sales professionals from life insurance based financial services from 65 Nations and Territories Worldwide. Jayne has attended a number of Annual meetings in the US and assisted in the event organisation for the 2007 Denver conference.
A passionate motor racing fan Jayne has attended many grand prix throughout the world following F1.
Jayne has 1 dog and 3 cats.
Diane Bach
Diane has been working with the company for a number of years and works on a part-time basis. She has over 20 years experience in financial services gaining a wide and varied knowledge of the industry and our clients.
Diane is responsible for assisting Helen and Jayne in the processing and administration of new business. Also Diane provides help on file preperation, client portfolio schedules, and assistance with suitability report writing.
